New Vendor: Commonwealth Rentals
Saturday, August 11 2012
Commonwealth Rentals is one of Portland’s newest sources for vintage décor. They provide unique props for decorative use at weddings, photo shoots, home staging and other events. In addition to the usual serving supplies, chairs, and linens carried by most places, their extensive inventory includes items such as 1920s folding chairs, vintage cameras, and even a bear skin rug
The company was founded earlier this year by three friends who share a passion for vintage design. Much of Commonwealth’s inventory comes from garage sales and flea markets, and many items have been totally repurposed—often by the founders themselves.
Commonwealth also assists brides and grooms in creating unique set ups tailored to their tastes. They will also work with other event coordinators and florists to make sure everything is cohesive.
Check out Commonwealth’s blog for more of their inventory in action.
