Ombré Inspiration

Ombré is a French word meaning shade, and it typically appears as a gradual fade of a single color from light to dark. Although we see the style most often in hair and nail art these days, ombré is making its way into weddings. This simple yet elegant trend is very versatile; it can be played down with soft pastels, or it can make a statement with bold jewel tones. Ombré cakes and bridesmaid dresses seem to be the most utilized area of this trend, but the possibilities are endless. Here are some of our favorite ombré finds:
