This concoction by Jutta Bach of La Joconde was inspired by the embroidered silk bridal gowns by Portland’s Lena Medoyeff. The cake is covered with light green and white fondant, using royal icing and silver French dragées for the “embroidery” on the bottom and top tiers, and sugar paste for the ruffles.
