What services do you offer?

We offer private bridal suites big enough for family and friends for the bride to try on wedding gowns. We offer discounts to brides who buy their dress from Charlotte’s

What is your philosophy towards working with brides?

We believe that the bride should be pampered. It is one of the biggest days of their lives. So, we have them work one on one with their own personal consultant, who stays with them the entire appointment. Creating a comfortable and fun environment for the bride to shop is important. It isn’t meant to be stressful.

What bridal gown designers do you carry?

We carry a few exclusive designers to Charlotte’s such as 2BE Bride and Sophia Tolli. We also carry the popular Maggie Sottero, Sottero & Midgley, Casablanca, Mon Cheri, Essense, Alfred Angelo, Mikaella, Eden, Venus, and Eternity.

What bridal attendant designers do you carry?

We carry 2BE Social, Alfred Angelo, Jasmine (B2 and Belsoie), Dessy Group, Venus, Eden, Bill Levkoff, and Raylia.

Do you carry flower girl dresses?

Yes, we carry Alfred Angelo, Dessy, and US Angels.

Do you carry formalwear?

We do carry a collection by Alfred Angelo called Special Occasions.  It’s a great mom’s line.

What type of wedding accessories do you carry?

We do slips, bras, shoes, jewelry, veils, tiaras, garters, cake toppers, serving pieces, and much more.

Do you require an appointment to try on dresses?

Yes, especially on the weekends.  But walk-ins are always welcome.

Are on-site alterations available?

No, but we do recommend several seamstresses throughout the Portland area.

Do you offer gown preservation?

Yes. Once the bride drops off her dress it takes 6-8 weeks to receive her gown, which is delivered to her home.

How long does it typically take from the time you order a dress to the time it arrives?

It typically takes 4-6 months to order a wedding dress, less for bridesmaids. But if the wedding is faster than that, there are options to get the gown here quicker. It just will cost an additional fee.

Will you store my gown until the week before the wedding?  Will it be pressed when I pick it up?

We don’t have the space to store gowns for very long, so we do ask the brides to come try them on when they arrive and take them home. They can bring them back a week before the wedding and we will press the gown for a small fee.
