We are here to create an event for you from the ground up. We can get to know you, study your budget and sensibility, and immediately recommend the most appropriate vendors to accomplish your goals. We use local vendors, as well as professionals from the entire West Coast to design, style, and execute your ideal event.

What is your philosophy on a wedding planners role in helping brides and grooms plan their wedding?
Our philosophy is to foster a relationship with our client wherein the trust established allows for 100% confidence that they can walk into their wedding as a flawless finished product, knowing that every detail will be handled exactly as imagined. When guests come to Central Oregon, we want the focus to be on the amazing experience!
Do you offer packages? If so, please describe.
We do have package outlines for full and basic coordination, however we typically end up customizing details to suit specific needs.
What is your most popular package? Why?
Most of our destination clients create a full service custom scope that allows us to be involved in everything from styling the event to assisting in selection of the vendors to create the perfect day. This is the best use of our connections, experience and expertise.
How do you charge? What are your rates?
We charge a flat fee, which is quoted to each prospective client based specifically on the scope and scale of the event. Our fees start at $1800.
Are you able to counsel couples on wedding etiquette?
We’re happy to!
Do you offer any other special services?
We offer in-house floral, which is such an asset to our clients when we’re designing the entire event.
