(Top left) Adore. I do. Kiss. Announce that your search is over by asking friends and family to seek out the hidden lovey-dovey terms in this letterpress word search save-the-date from Northwest Portland’s Studio Olivine. Printed on bamboo paper with soy ink, and available with a matching suite, a word find has never been so eco-cute. $360 for 100

(Top middle) Your guests will be giggling when they find this Mad Lib-inspired RSVP card tucked in their invitation, which uses many different fonts to play off the fill-in-the-blank aesthetic. Printed on metallic card stock, this surprise from Salem’s Red Pearl Designs can be done in a variety of color schemes and played through a coordinating suite of pieces. $425 for a set of 50

(Top right) Hard to believe, but paperwork just got fun. Inspired by old-fashioned personnel records, with hand-stamped dates of when you met and got engaged, these invites from North Portland’s Eye Design Studio are mailed out in inter-departmental manila envelopes. Guests tear along the dotted line to RSVP and can even stamp their time card at your reception in lieu of a guest book. Inquire directly for custom prices

(Bottom left) Bartleby’s Letterpress Emporium in Southeast Portland turned a playground staple, the fortune teller (or “cootie catcher”), into a decidedly grown-up yet playful invite. Instead of cooties, tell your invitees to use it to catch the love bug and foretell their romantic future. The contraption is mailed flat with instructions for assembly; all the details are printed separately on plantable wildflower seed paper. $450 for a set of 100

(Bottom middle) Your own quirky love story is narrated by two adorable finger puppets on this comic strip-themed accordion invitation by Egg Press in Southeast Portland. Letterpress printed using hand-mixed inks, they’re endlessly customizable—colors, text, puppet characters—and we’re hoping they inspire a live performance at your reception. $960 for a set of 100

(Bottom right) Things are going to get lively on your big day when you invite bingo to the party. Northeast Portland’s Hi, Friend Design has added this two-sided bingo card program to their Love Story invitation suite, asking guests to keep their eyes peeled throughout your reception for wedding details and sweet gestures that will get them all in the mood for some winning romance. $165 for a set of 50
