It doesn’t get much cuter than this engagement session. Soft pink tones reflected in the ornaments and the bride-to-be’s scarf add a romantic flair, while the Christmas tree farm setting is an adorably festive way to announce an upcoming nuptials. An absence of standard Christmas hues colors the aesthetic of this shoot with elegance. Keep scrolling to see all the photos and to read what the photographer had to say about this cheerful day!

From the photographer, Xiomara Gard of Imago Dei Photography:

"Once upon a time a ballerina met a dairy-farmer-raised boy. They fell head over ballerina slippers in love, which led to him asking her to be his for all the days of her life. Soon after their engagement I had the honor of documenting their love on a cold winter's day in an Oregon Christmas tree farm. They incorporated vintage Christmas ornaments which posed the all important question he had asked- all to a background of green, completing their cheerful-toned love on camera! Touches of tulle were used to add a bit of delicate romance and a vintage frame turned chalkboard declared their soon to be Mr. and Mrs. status. Venturing a bit further into the Oregon woods they danced and twirled under a canopy of new growth evergreen along the Oregon Coast line. Truly a perfect Christmas time session for an Oregon ballerina bride!"
