When planning her wedding to Stephen Freehling, Madison Stadeli knew she wanted floral arrangements everywhere. “I wanted my wedding to be lush, romantic and timeless,” says Madison. “When looking back at our wedding day, I wanted it to be just as beautiful 20 years later as it was on that day.” The couple enlisted Kim Dodrill of Swoon Floral Design to help them realize Madison’s vision. “The color palette of burgundy, blush and ivory was infused into all aspects of the wedding design, from the floral and linens to the lounge areas,” says Dodrill. To personalize the vineyard setting, a custom monogram was used in multiple places throughout the venue.

The couple delighted their guests with a Pittsburgh cookie table at the reception to represent Stephen’s East Coast family and to send guests home with a sweet treat. The cookie table is a Pittsburgh wedding tradition for which the bride’s friends and family bake copious amounts of cookies, which are served on a table in addition to a wedding cake. Madison says the Oregon version of the table was a highlight of the reception.
