The Natural and Dewy Look

Fresh, light and effortless is the ideal look for the natural bride. “‘No-makeup makeup’ is perfect for the bride who wants to feel exactly like themself,” says Olivia Hawthorne. “For this look, I used mostly cream products that melt into the skin to achieve a beautiful, natural glow. Hair is in a tousled French twist for an effortless vibe.”

Key Products: Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter, Bobbi Brown pot rouge for lips and cheeks.

From Casablanca Bridal’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection, the sleek “Willa” sheath gown is simple, chic and effortless in its elegance. Constructed from a soft satin, “Willa” has a sleek halter neck that culminates in an oversized bow that drapes past the low, open back. The romantic bouquet by Botanica Floral Design is an ethereal accompaniment with its symphony of garden roses, hydrangea, snapdragon, lisianthus and other blooms in shades of blush and pale yellow, with hints of sage green from basil stems and eucalyptus.

For the Playful and Bold Bride

Understated and elegant with a splash of color is a favorite among today’s brides. “This look is for the bride who likes a pop of color or vintage flair,” says Hawthorne. “I did a soft brown winged liner and a bold but sheer color on the lips. It’s a more modern take on old Hollywood glam.”

Monique Lhuillier’s “Olympia” is a twirl-inducing confection of tulle with a trend-forward strapless design. Novella Theory created an avant-garde bouquet featuring subtle hues and a sculptural shape. To carry the stylish statement further, the hand-tied bouquet was designed with only three varieties of flowers: quick fire hydrangea, anthurium and agrostemma.

“Sloane” by Willoughby by Watters from Anna’s Bridal finds itself on display below for another take on playful and bold. A mesh mock neck and ornate pearl embellishments combine design elements in a showcase of trendy glam. Bright pink is a lovely choice for our bride's lip stain and pairs elegantly with a whimsical and feminine bouquet featuring a cascade of orchids.

Romantic and Glam Bridal Beauty

Dramatic elegance is the choice for those looking to make a statement—without overdoing it. “The perfect smoky eye in soft, warm colors, paired with glowing natural skin and a soft nude lip,” notes Hawthorne. “I paired this makeup with a classic ballet bun to keep the overall look balanced.”

“Ferrara” from Pronovias Privée’s newest collection brings the drama to the aisle with its stunning beading, deep neckline and built-in corset. A sweeping cathedral veil edged in pearls is the finishing touch for a sleek bun. Bella Bloom Florals created a textured, romantic bouquet with soft champagne roses, ranunculus, snowberries, jasmine vine and a few stems of blue delphinium.

Another take on romance and glamour oozes a regal charm. A flower-filled room is the ideal setting for the vintage-inspired “Loire” by Pronovias. The lovely lace gown from the designer’s latest collection features a demure high neck and long sleeves with a sweeping skirt and train. Loire also features every woman’s favorite addition to any dress: pockets.
