Artisanal beer from Hood River’s award-winning pFriem Family Brewers served in elegant glassware paired with Southeast Portland–based Vibrant Table’s pub grub with an haute cuisine twist signal to guests that they’re in for a special experience. For a playful twist on a familiar beer accompaniment, Vibrant Table Catering & Events created a Buffalo-style, frenched chicken breast with an organic rainbow carrot and celery salad and Rogue River blue cheese from Rogue Creamery.
