Exchange Ballroom
Portland’s iconic wedding venue! The Exchange Ballroom, located on the east bank of the Willamette River, is a modern wedding space with a stunning skyline view. Blending urban history and modern design, this 6,200 square foot former warehouse features an open floor plan, polished concrete floors, and white walls ready to adapt to your unique vision. Through large windows, the full downtown cityscape is revealed, centering the White Stag Building’s famous “Portland, Oregon” sign as your backdrop. An airy foyer can play host to cocktail hour, allowing for smooth transitions between ceremony and reception. Two suites are available on-site for wedding parties to prepare – featuring dressing areas, vanities, mini-fridges, lounge furniture and décor. Additional amenities include tables and black chiavari chairs, weekday evening and all-day weekend parking, moveable custom-designed bar, built-in sound booth, tailored lighting packages and wi-fi. The space provides exclusive catering by Vibrant Table Catering & Events, Portland's premier catering company.

"The staff at Exchange Ballroom were excellent throughout the whole wedding process. From the very first meeting, it was clear they were professionals and knew how to plan and execute a wedding in their space. The communication and the various options for the venue and catering made it easy for us to get exactly what we wanted for our day. "I loved having the Exchange Ballroom as our wedding venue! It is in the perfect location, across the river from downtown Portland, and there are incredible views of the city skyline. It is reasonably priced, especially if it is rented on a Friday or Sunday. The staff are attentive, professional, and efficient.
