Can your menus be customized to suit the client’s preference?
We customize every menu.
Is taste-testing available?
We invite brides and grooms to attend a similar event to taste the food and see our staff in action.
This allows clients to taste the food being prepared on-site for a similar number of guests at their wedding.
Do you possess a liquor license?
Yes, we provide all beverages and bartending service along with full liquor liability insurance.
Bar options available (cash bar, limited bar, open bar):
We will customize the bar for our client’s needs.
Are any complimentary decorative items provided for food tables?
We provide beautiful serving trays for passed hors d’oeuvres, custom-made Bullseye glass platters for our buffets and other unique food display décor elements.

All menus and pricing are based on our client’s needs.
Do you offer dinner stations?
Yes, we specialize in chef-attended dinner stations, creative menu dinner stations, and seafood and sushi displays..
Do you do dessert buffets?
Yes, our chef loves to create housemade desserts and miniature desserts. These can be arranged on colorful platters to created a tiered “wedding cake” display of miniature desserts.
Is there anything else you would like me to know?
We are a very unique catering company in that we do not have any preset menus or pricing. We like to meet in person with our clients and talk about the event details, your likes and dislikes, and determine a menu that will fit your unique needs. We do all of our cooking on-site to ensure the freshest food experience possible and everything we do is custom tailored to the wants and needs of our clients.
Clients come to us when they want an exemplary food experience and a higher level of service. For example, we do not use farm-raised salmon. We only offer wild salmon, but also offer Pacific sea bass and halibut. All of our meats, fish and produce are locally sourced whenever possible. Our chefs and the variety of our menus are amazing. We provide a level of service—and staff our events—so that guests don’t need to go to the bar—we are constantly passing and “topping off” guests’ wine glasses.
The four main categories we oversee are Food, Beverages, Staffing and Rentals. Our menu pricing will include passed hors d’oeuvres, entrees, salads, sides and fresh artisan bread. Beverages, Staffing and Rentals would be in addition to the food cost. We can also provide a selection of desserts or you can bring in your own wedding cake. We do not charge a cake cutting or serving fee—this is part of our service.
