Can your menus be customized to suit the client’s preference? We always create a unique menu, customizing to your wishes, your venue and the season. Our menus are written with each event in mind Is taste-testing available? We gladly offer tastings as a part of the planning process. Do you possess a liquor license? Devil’s Food is fully licensed and insured to sell and serve any alcoholic beverages. Bar options available (cash bar, limited bar, open bar): The bar is completely customizable... from a top shelf cocktail bar, billed per consumption, to batch specialty cocktails provided by the gallon. We stock excellent Northwest beer and wine, billed per consumption at tiered pricing. Are any complimentary decorative items provided for food tables? Our presentation style is balanced, clean, and modern with colorful abundant food served on handmade ceramic platters and handsome wooden risers, or artfully plated to order and served in courses. Cost per person range: The costs can vary depending on what you decide to serve, the length of the party and the style of service. Our menus typically range in the $30s per person. The onsite staffing is a separate line item generally ranging in the mid teens per person. Do you do dessert buffets? We have an amazing selection of creative finger desserts, cupcakes, ice creams, cookies and sweet treats. Is there anything else you would like me to know? Along the planning process we will see to it that each detail that can take a wedding to the next level gets our proper attention. In order to provide you with a full service experience, we also coordinate with top industry professionals providing decor and floral services, specialty design services, specialty furniture rental, vintage rentals, wedding cakes, full service wedding coordinators, and sound and lighting engineers. |
