Which entertainment options do you offer?

We offer DJ and Master of Ceremonies specialists. We also offer an Open Air Photo Booth.

How many people do you send out on location? Are they all employed through your company?

2 Entertainers are sent to every Wedding. A primary DJ and Master of Ceremonies and an associate DJ to assist. All team members are employees of Event Team Entertainment

Beside music, do you provide other production elements, such as uplighting?

We offer uplighting, projectors and projection screens, large format LCD Televisions, custom monogram lights, slideshow creation, effect lighting, dancing on clouds effect, mega bubble machines, snow machines, fog machines, haze machines and more.

Will you act as Master of Ceremonies (MC)?

We are you Master of Ceremonies and will keep your guests informed about what is happening and when.

Do you have training as a DJ and/or MC?

Our team members have been the DJ/MC for between 400 – 800 Weddings each so they are very skilled. We attend workshops and DJ specific conventions to hone our skills.

What is your style as a DJ and/or MC?

We feel the day is about our couple so we aren’t there to take the spotlight. We handle our job with a sense of elegance and style. We make clear and concise announcements and use the microphone as a tool to keep guests informed.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing is based on demand so the highest fees are on prime Summer Saturday’s. We offer out of season pricing and also unique pricing for a Friday vs. Sunday vs. a Weekday. If you email us we can email you our pricing PDF.

Do your fees include background music during dinner?

Yes it does.

How do you handle song requests?

We use our couple as the basis/foundation for the songs we will select. We feel that song requests are the “pulse” of your guests and cross reference the live requests to the list provided by our couple. If we don’t see any conflicts we will do our best to get a request played.

Is it possible to see a video of your performance?

We are happy to share video of our DJ’s in-action. We just need you to email us at info@eventteament.com and we will send you a DropBox link to download and view the video.

What is your goal when you go to work?

Our goal with every couple is to deliver an unforgettable celebration that will have you saying that was “The Best Wedding Reception…Ever!! We work closely with our couples and meet with them to determine exactly what they want. We want things to have incredible flow and all guests to have an amazing time.

Is there anything else you would like me to know?

Not all DJ’s are created equal. We highly recommend you meet 3 – 4 DJ’s to determine the best one for you. Ask for professional references not just former clients. Make sure the DJ is willing to meet and ready to give you the time and attention your Big Day deserves.
