What is your capacity for receptions? 

The largest space is the outdoor terrace tent with panoramic views of the fairways and Cascade peaks. Outdoor receptions in the tent accommodate 200 seated guests or 300 standing. The clubhouse can accommodate 80 seated or 120 standing.

What is your price range for plated dinners?  

The banquet menu offers a variety of options including plated meals, buffet packages and appetizer enhancements. Plated dinners range in price from $43-$50. (Prices subject to change with the seasons.) 

For buffet? 

Buffet packages range in price from $36-$52. All prices do not include applicable service charge of 20%.

What is the room rental fee? 

The facility rental varies depending on space rented, date and time of day. For most weekends, the facility fee is $1000-$2000 and includes standard setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, linens, china, glassware and centerpieces. The tent rental is an additional fee.
 

Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants? 

Yes.   

Or do you allow outside caterers? 

Tetherow must provide all catering, with the exception of wedding cakes. Only bottles of wine may be brought onto the property for a corkage fee.

What is your cake-cutting fee? 

The cake cutting fee is included in our buffet packages.

What time do you close? 

You may rent the facility for up to five hours. Ceremonies apply toward this time. You may purchase additional hours until 1 am.

Is there adequate parking available? 

Tetherow has ample parking for its guests.

Do you have a PA system? 

Tetherow has a microphone and speaker system.

Do you have overnight accommodations available? 

Overnight accommodations are available through our preferred partner hotels all located within 4.5 miles of Tetherow. For a list of preferred hotels contact our event coordinator.

Do you have ceremony space? 

Based on availability you may hold your
wedding ceremony for an additional fee on the outdoor grass terrace.  The ceremony site is only available to bridal
parties holding a reception at Tetherow.

Is there anything else you would like me to know? 

Tetherow is located only seven minutes from downtown Bend. A non-refundable deposit of $500 and a signed contract holds the date and time of your event. 50% of estimated balance is due six months in advance or at time of contract if within six months.
