Ashley Peterson and Rob Wartham celebrated their wedding in the heart of the COVID pandemic, and three years later the design and pictures are still brimming with bridal inspiration and style. For high school sweethearts Ashley and Rob, it was imperative to bring an organic and natural ambiance to their nuptials, and The Orchard in Hood River checked every box. The venue is a fully operating pear farm and the design utilized pears as a chic motif throughout the reception décor. For a seamless blend between the venue and the event, florals by Seventh Stem echoed natural greenery and surrounding nature in the ceremony setup, which featured a breathtaking circular installation. A hint of woodland charm framed the event and luscious rows of pear plants brought a vineyard-inspired backdrop to photos with a modern twist. Loved ones were prominently featured throughout the day, notably the couple's dog made a heartwarming appearance (of course, adorned in a floral collar). The bridal party kept things classy with bridesmaids' in champagne gowns and groomsmen in black. The reception space was transformed into an earthy, organic oasis featuring caramel hues and pears. Peach runners and signage paired with gold accents and bowls of figs strewn amongst tablescapes. The evening's elegance made for a sumptuous dinner before a full evening of dancing. A classic truck served as another glamorous photo-op and later a picture-perfect wedding exit for Ashley and Rob, who drove into the night as their loved ones waved sparklers.
