Paradise Springs

The seven wooded acres in Monroe that make up new reception site Paradise Springs have been in the Nystrom family since the early 1950s. Thankfully, owner Amy Nystrom thought it was selfish to keep it all to herself, so in 2007, she set to work building a truly Oregonian wedding destination. She did it right: Although it’s brand new, the spot has the sophistication of a mid-century resort (think Dirty Dancing), with rustic buildings sporting pine paneling nestled amidst a forest of dense Douglas firs.

And that’s just the beginning: Nystrom included a bridal house with four bedrooms and a hot tub for the night-before sleepover—and spa services are also available. It’s our favorite new scenic spot in the Eugene/Corvallis area to take 200 of your closest friends to eat, drink and be married.
