Following her Hawaii honeymoon, designer Danielle Alger was inspired to bring the tropical spirit of the islands to Portland through this styled bridal shower. She particularly wanted to focus on authenticity in the florals, and ended up sourcing the majority of the flowers from Hawaii, with a few local supplements. Every detail was in place, from the colorful balloon installation right down to the puppy's flower collar. The bright colors, tropical menu and tasty treats made for an elegant summer feel and a pool party we won't soon forget.
