From the photographer, Melissa Stanturf of Serendipity Photography:

"Kattrina & Cameron are set to marry on September 6th, 2015 at Gray Gables Estate in Portland, Oregon. For their session we decided to drive out to Sisters, Oregon and start the session off at the wonderful Sisters Coffee Company. For the fun outdoor snow photos we drove down Highway 20 and pulled off on a snowy side of the road.

These two were an absolute delight and you can certainly see the love they have for one another. They met on  orientation day at Corbin College. The ID line was long and Kattrina decided to have her father wait in the ID line while she picked up brochures from the booths. Her father, who stands quite tall at 6'7", ended up behind Cameron, who also happens to be 6'7". Kattrina's father tapped Cameron on the shoulder and joked about the weather up where they stood, which spurred a 1.5 hour conversation that left Kattrina's dad impressed with the "polite, handsome" (and single) gentleman.

Despite this fateful encounter, it was the combination of several classes and friends in common that brought the couple together romantically. After seeing Kattrina several times, Cameron invited her to watch the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Portland, Oregon for their first date. And, well...you know what they say--the rest is history."
