Pops of Color
Underneath an arch created with dozens of colorful flowers, Amanda Cohen and John Zessin shared their first kiss as a married couple. Both are originally from the Midwest, but now live in Portland, so the two were eager to show guests their new life in the Pacific Northwest. Celebrating at Brasada Ranch, the pair wanted the design to contrast with the muted colors of the scenery with bright, multicolored florals.

Family-Focused
Family is important to the couple, as such the wedding party consisted of all the bride’s and groom’s siblings, and was officiated by John’s brother-in-law.

Scenic Views
After the ceremony on the lawn, guests were escorted to the trestle bridge for a cocktail reception, where all were treated to a 360-degree view of the breathtaking landscape. Dinner was held outside the rustic barn, giving guests an outstanding view of the sunset before heading inside for an evening of dancing.
