From start to finish, Gretchen Funk and Tyler DeHaven wanted to provide a truly memorable experience for their family and closest friends on their wedding day. And it all started with their venue: a rustic villa surrounded by a creek and sweeping views of Smith Rock. An ode to the villa’s palette, the wedding décor incorporated warm hues of peach and yellow, which acted as foils for sleek, industrial touches of metallic and black to fit the couple’s vibe (check out his attire!). To add personal flair to the venue, they even brought in their own furniture, custom blankets and pillows, making for a warm, intimate celebration.

A nod to their unique tastes, the food choices were nothing short of adventurous and creative. The star of the night was an oversize charcuterie fittingly coined “Bounty,” which included cured meats, artisan cheeses, crackers and fruits. Food stations throughout the venue included a poke bar, kabobs, and a late-night spread of chicken biscuit sliders and veggie sliders. The day came to a sweet close with spiked root beer floats and freshly baked cookies—a true foodie’s fantasy.
