A PUP-TASTIC PROPOSAL:
“It was important to me to include our puppy, Odin, in the wedding because Troy proposed with the help of Odin,” says Lindsay, who is the former digital content producer at Oregon Bride. “We were at home playing fetch with Odin, and I was trying to get a slow-motion video of him running towards the camera. Troy rolled the ball into my lap a few times so Odin would run towards me and the camera. Once I thought I had a few good video options, Troy said we should do it one more time just to be safe. He rolled into my lap what I thought was the ball, but it was actually the ring box!”

INDUSTRIAL ELEMENTS: “When we first started wedding planning, Troy only had one request: He really wanted to get married outside at his father’s home on Lake Oswego’s Jantzen Island,” says Lindsay. “Once he mentioned that, it really was a no-brainer. The island really is breathtaking and would be a one-of-a-kind venue! However, I had always dreamed of an indoor industrial wedding, so I wanted to bring those industrial elements outside with wood, metal and concrete details [such as] wood farm tables, metal chairs, and concrete vases and votives.”
