Gretchen and Tyler's wedding was filled with personal touches.
FROM SCOTLAND, WITH LOVE
Breea is an Oregon native, and David is from Scotland. They met by chance when David was visiting America, and it was “love at first sight,” says Breea, so the couple took turns going back and forth to each other’s country until David was able to relocate to Oregon.
With groomsmen in kilts and the Portland Metro Pipe Band in traditional Scottish garb playing bagpipes, the wedding was filled with nods to the groom’s heritage. The bride, an avowed lover of all things girly and glam, added personal touches with a pink and gold palette, sweet bouquets of pink blooms, floral garlands on the wedding arch, crystal chandeliers, a horse and carriage, and a floral collar worn by her dog. “Nothing could beat having my beloved Great Dane, Piper, there with me. She had her own glam squad with her groomer that morning, and our florist even made her a flower crown,” says Breea.
